In the midst of constant decision-making and responsibility, there is rarely space to pause, process, and recalibrate, unless we create it deliberately. The Prime Midlife Monthly Reset does exactly that.
This guided 60-minute session is designed for midlife professionals who want to close the month with clarity, acknowledge their progress, and set intentional direction for what comes next.
The Session Flow (60 minutes)
- 5 mins — Grounding & Arrival: Transition out of the day into a distraction-free state
- 20 mins — Review & Reflection: Close open loops, extract key insights, and acknowledge progress
- 20 mins — Intentional Planning: Realign with priorities and identify what matters most next
- 5 mins — Closing & Integration: Anchor one clear commitment for the coming month
The Framework: Plus, Minus, Next
This session uses a simple but effective structure:
- Plus (+): What worked, what moved the needle
- Minus (–): What drained energy, what didn’t work
- Next (→): What to carry forward with intention
Strategic clarity and personal reflection without overcomplicating the process.
